徐文清，内蒙古包头人，国家一级美术师，是中国文旅部国粹风书画院首席书画家；中国美院老教授艺术中心顾问；兼多家书画院的院长，新闻记者眼中的现代版“齐白石”；还被字画收藏家们形象誉为书画界的茅台。自幼喜爱绘画书法，大风堂张大千再传弟子，师承京城画虎第一人，震風堂主苏联春为师，现任中国书画家协会副会长，中南海紫光阁书画院会员，荣宝斋画院会员，中国美术家协会会员，内蒙古美术家协会会员，内蒙古包头书画家协会副会长，内蒙古普信众惠文化交流中心副院长。
