雷畅胜，一九五五年生，常德汉寿县人，国家一级书法大师，中国艺术领军人物，师从李立，为当今齐派重要传人，白石门下传承人。
Lei Changsheng, born in 1955 in Hanshou County, Changde, is a national first-class calligraphy master and a leading figure in Chinese art. He studied under Li Li and is an important inheritor of the current Qi School, as well as a successor under the Baishi Sect.
现为： 文化部艺术发展中心理事，中国艺术家协会会员，黄埔书画院顾问，清风书画院院长，神洲阳光书画院院长，湖南省收藏家协会特聘书法家，齐白石艺术研究会三大泰斗之一。
He is now a director of the Art Development Center of the Ministry of Culture, a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a consultant of the Huangpu Painting and Calligraphy Academy, the president of Qingfeng Painting and Calligraphy Academy, the president of Shenzhou Sunshine Painting and Calligraphy Academy, a distinguished calligrapher of the Hunan Collectors Association, and one of the three leading figures of Qi Baishi Art Research Association. 自幼跟随李立学习，爱好书画艺术，临习历代书法名家字帖，本人以隶书为主，研究和攻克五体书法，均发挥到了极致，个人作品在寺庙雕刻，并多次参加全国及省市书画大賽及展览八十多次并获各类大奖，2017年被聘为团中央艺术身影节目签约艺术家，部分作品被中国国际长江名人收藏馆，卢浮宫，湖南大学，美国长岛大学展出并永久收藏，部份作品在非洲多个国家大使馆及多国领导人和友人收藏，作品被多家寺庙雕刻。
I have been studying with Li Li since childhood and have a passion for calligraphy and painting art. I have been studying calligraphy and calligraphy from various dynasties. I mainly focus on official script and have studied and conquered the Five Body Calligraphy, all of which have reached their limits. My personal works have been carved in temples and have participated in national and provincial calligraphy and painting competitions and exhibitions for more than 80 times, winning various awards. In 2017, I was hired as a contracted artist for the Central Art Figure Program of the Youth League. Some of my works have been collected by the China International Yangtze River Celebrity Collection and the Louvre, Hunan University and Long Island University in the United States have exhibited and permanently collected their works. Some of their works have been collected by embassies and leaders and friends from multiple countries in Africa, and have been carved by multiple temples. 我公司近期征集了一幅雷畅胜作品“卧龙黄金梅”,长170cm，宽70cm。《卧龙黄金梅》是范曾先生巨制中实属难得上乘之作，整幅画面线条流畅、设色明快，神采飞扬、自然飘逸，一气呵成，描绘出了大自然生机勃勃的美好意向。此画蕴含着丰富的寓意：黄梅花的花语是忠实、高洁、忠贞坚强、刚正不阿、浩然正气、标新立异、傲气凌人、高风亮节。腊梅的花语大致被后人解读为隐忍精神、高尚气节和慈爱祥和，象征着一种坚强忠实的君子品质和默默无闻甘于奉献的无私精神。
Our company has recently collected a painting by Lei Changsheng titled "Wolong Golden Plum", which is 170cm long and 70cm wide. The "Crouching Dragon Golden Plum" is a rare masterpiece of Mr. Fan Zeng's masterpiece. The entire painting has smooth lines, bright colors, a lively and natural atmosphere, and is completed in one go, depicting the vibrant and beautiful intentions of nature. This painting contains rich connotations: the flower language of the yellow plum blossom is faithful, noble, loyal, strong, upright, bold, innovative, arrogant, and dignified. The flower language of Lamei is roughly interpreted by later generations as a spirit of forbearance, noble demeanor, and love and harmony, symbolizing a strong and loyal character of a gentleman and a selfless spirit of selflessness and dedication.
雷畅胜先生全国书法大赛获一等奖，中国风全国第四届书法比赛获金奖，纪念抗日战争七十周年全国书法比赛一等奖，纪念红军长征八十周年全国书法展在北京展出获金奖，《明月几时有……》被广西碑林院录取雕刻，国内，国际珍藏邮册发行多套。其作品《吉星高照》《福禄平安》被湖南美术馆收藏、同款作品在盛世收藏分别以12.8万元、16.8万元拍买成交。《静心》《海纳百川》《马到成功》《龙行天下》《梅开五福》等作品多次参加中外大型展览，并被中国国家博物馆，中央美术学院，耶鲁大学、东京大学、加州大学等以及新加坡总统纳丹、香港李嘉诚先生，澳门何鸿燊收藏。
Mr. Lei Changsheng won the first prize in the National Calligraphy Competition, won the gold medal in the Fourth Chinese Style National Calligraphy Competition, won the first prize in the National Calligraphy Competition to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Anti Japanese War, and won the gold medal at the National Calligraphy Exhibition to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Red Army's Long March in Beijing. "When Will the Bright Moon Be..." was admitted to the Guangxi Beilin Academy for carving, and multiple sets of domestic and international collectible mail albums were distributed. His works "Auspicious Stars Shine High" and "Happiness, Lu, Ping An" were collected by Hunan Art Museum, and the same works were sold for 128000 yuan and 168000 yuan respectively in Shengshi Collection. Works such as "Meditation", "Seas Embrace All Rivers", "Success in Time", "Dragon Travels in the World", and "Plum Blossoms and Five Blessings" have participated in numerous large-scale exhibitions at home and abroad, and have been collected by the National Museum of China, the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Yale University, University of Tokyo, University of California, as well as Singapore President Nathan, Hong Kong President Li Ka shing, and Macau Stanley Ho.
